Coty's Challenge: To prepare Coty for its IPO by helping to present the company in a way that aligns with it's new ethos of freedom, innovation and flexibility.

 

Tribe's Solution:  Tribe crafted nine individual filmic portraits of Coty's senior management (to be showcased on their website) as emblems of Coty's new brand persona. Though these leaders had widely differing personalities and proficiency in English, Tribe illuminated the unique humanity of each leader in a way that was both true to their individual character and would support the brand proposition. 

Hamilton's Challenge: To illuminate how Hamilton college is a relevant, vibrant environment  with a unique 200 year old heritage. 

 

Tribe's Solution: Working with Hamilton’s communications team, Tribe  wove together passages from old annalist letters, with stories and remarks about life at Hamilton today. Verbally and visually (shot in winter and spring with HD, time-lapse and aerial photography) this film reveals  Hamilton’s timeless beauty and soul  as well as its modern appeal.  

 

Hess' Challenge: To bring to life Hess’ humanity and social responsibility

 

Tribe's Solution: Tribe crafted a film which re-imagined an event in the Hess’ history. After 100-year flood waters devastated the town of Minot, ND, Mr. Hess  is filmed as if in a news conference, speaking to employees and locals. Our film incorporated actual newsreel clips with Tribe-directed interview and b-roll footage. Through the power of story and artistry, the film powerfully expresses the soul of the Hess brand values. 

CIT's Challenge: To underscore Sunwing’s belief in the importance of human relationships in business. 

 

Tribe's Solution: Tribe created a testimonial series featuring Sunwing’s founder/CEO and the story of the successful relationship between Sunwing and CIT.  Working from meticulously crafted storyboards, Tribe filmed unrehearsed interviews to show how leaders from both companies  worked together to forge a mutually beneficial and rewarding partnership.  

 

Tyco's Challenge: To humanize Tyco and the work it does, helping it more deeply and meaningfully connect to current  constituents and beyond. 

 

Tribe's Solution: Tribe crafted the story of a lesser known business vertical within Tyco and its involvement with the 800th anniversary of the Magna Carta. The film dramatizes the logistics and manpower required to protect both the document and the visitor experience.  Additionally, Tribe created a graphic signature  with original music to underscore the tagline “Safer. Smarter. Tyco.” to be used across a series of films highlighting other Tyco verticals.
