CHATHAM, NJ – September 24, 2013Tribe Pictures is pleased to announce that its Executives Leadership profiles for Coty have won multiple awards this past year. Coty Inc., a global beauty products manufacturer known for its cooperation with designers and celebrities for the creation of fragrances, engaged Tribe to produce a company leadership series for its new website.

Profiles on CEO Michele Scannavini, and Chief Scientific Officer, Ralph Macchio, have respectively won a Platinum Best of Show Award, and a Gold Award from the Spring 2012 Aurora Awards in its Public Relations/ Awareness category. The video of Scannavini also won a Silver Dolphin at the 2012 Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards in its Human Resources category.

When Coty’s VP of Marketing and Strategic Business Development, Stefanie Fitzgerald, approached Tribe about creating individual portraits for the nine senior leadership executives, she said each executive portrait had to evoke the corporate culture of “Faster. Further. Freer.” The goal of the series was to reflect each executive’s individual character.

Filming in New York City, New Jersey, Paris, Geneva, and Mainz, Germany— Tribe enlisted Michael Spindler, our award-winning Zurich-based cinematographer, who captured Coty’s executives in a relaxed mood in scenes matched to the pre-edited audio. All nine videos are currently features on Coty’s Meet the Team section of their website.
