Blending strategic messaging and storytelling

After only a year with a new leader at the helm of the company, BD wanted to create a CEO report to engage all associates with his vision. This video is a celebration of Vince Forlenza’s first year as CEO at BD. It encapsulates the accomplishments of the year for the company as a whole.

Humanizing leaders and their companies

Tribe’s company mission is to make corporate films that humanize the world’s most successful companies. Every company is a collection of individuals—from the CEO to the most junior employee. The world would be a better place if everyone (employees, shareholders and the public at large) shared this view; if we all thought this way, our connection to companies and our companies’ connection to us would, by definition, be more human.

Heart-first versus head-first

As part of the BELONG campaign, BASF wanted to show how they uplift and support all employees regardless of their identity. Tribe chose to tell the story of the LGBT employee group that started a movement to fly the rainbow flag during Pride month in June. As a result the flags are now raised at sites across the US. This group of employees are free to be themselves at work and have developed a strong sense of belonging in the organization.

Deepening The Connection With Your Tribe

Actavis was looking to create a series of employee profiles designed to showcase the company culture and inspire their employees. Beyond providing medicines that help people live healthier lives, they inspire each other to be successful and make a difference. This video is one in a series of employee profiles designed to showcase the company culture of “Challenge Connect Commit – Our Winning Way.” The film features Ed Grover, Executive Director Distribution Operations.
