Culture as Story

“Culture is the result of the environment we create,” according to Microsoft Chief Storyteller Steve Clayton. After analyzing their old culture, Microsoft restructured their internal communications, management and training strategies, and data analysis. By embracing positive forward change, Microsoft has continued to be a leader not just in technology, but also in their awareness and efforts toward their greater community.
